Cantinin is a Ticinese trattoria in the historic heart of Bellinzona, where territory, seasons and culinary memory guide every choice.
The offering follows the region and expresses it with precision. Genuineness, character and local roots define its identity.

Cantinin lives among old stone and set tables, within a historic centre that preserves traces and gestures. The kitchen grows from the land of the canton, from its recipes and its natural rhythm: local products, recognised seasons, preparations that respect origin and ingredient. Each dish carries provenance, craft and measure, with a presence that is grounded and unmistakable.

The space follows the same line: intimate, genuine, composed. It welcomes everyday dinners, meetings, quiet moments or convivial gatherings while holding its identity. The cellar continues this path, starting from Ticino and extending across Europe with labels selected for structure, territory and character, chosen to accompany the table with coherence.
